are you a travel agent?

If you are overwhelmed with the planning process, do not want to spend your time and energy into planning and researching a quality trip, we are your go-to travel advisors! Arranging and organizing a quality trip takes a lot of time, effort, details, thorough communication and follow-through. All TravelChic itineraries are personalized, customized and styled especially for you, therefore, we are not a fit for travelers looking for the cheapest, internet pricing trips.

What do you do?

We specialize in all types of travel; from personalized and customized cruises to land tours, bucket-list destinations, while providing hotels and private transfers in between. This also includes destination weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries and family trips. 

We are your go-to travel agency with a personalized touch. All itineraries will typically include flights, accommodations, transfers, transportation, activities and tours, customized to you. We do not book flights only.

what is your process?

We like to make things as easy as possible for you. Here’s a peek at our process to create your dream vacation.

Contact us via email or phone to schedule a phone conference call.

During our call, we decide if we are a match.

We review our service fees and ticketing fees with you, recap our discussion by email and process the service fee and ticketing fee payments before we input any time or research.

We send you a preliminary itinerary which we review together on our next call.

We revise and edit the itinerary to get the perfect travel itinerary styled for you.

When you are satisfied with your personalized, customized itinerary, place a deposit for your trip, relax and leave the rest to me.

We schedule a call to review any questions you have.

Why should I book through you vs. an internet booking engine?

All of our clients who have booked a trip with us need personal engagement, which online booking engines lack. If you are not familiar with the locations you want to visit, do not know which area is the best to stay, logistics of getting from place to place you can ask us and explain what you want verbally. We are always there.
